How Big Is My Hard Drive?

Hey all,
I extracted an IDE Hard Drive from an old computer and don't know how big it is. I was wondering if there was any way to find this out without connecting to the computer. There are a bunch of labels and numbers on it and thought maybe one of them would help me. Otherwise, is there any really easy and really cheap way to find out?

Most drives list it in the model number. For example, a Western Digital WD600 is 60 GB; a Maxtor 6V080E0 is 80 GB. Look for something like that.

Some will say on them as well. If you post the model # someone will probably know or will look it up.

Here is all the numbers and info I have on the thing
-Called a Quantum Fireball lct 10 3.5" SERIES
-A Barcode With this above it: 15.0AT P/N LB15A011 Rev 01-A
-Another Barcode with this next to it: SN 973001630180
-Under that number reads: PAPXX
-Big lettering on the side in a barely readable black: 9Z06B3C- (yes a hyphen at the end)
-A big list of the US patents it is under
-a jumper configuration table
-It says: POWER REQ: 5/12V===600/900mA
-Finally an A-1 etched onto the top all by itself

lol. ^^

my mums computer has like an 8 gb hard drive... thats enough for xp and a few gig of music ;)

I used a 1GB drive for a long time.

15GB is plenty for a hard drive if you don't download a bunch of stuff or play new games. For an office only machine it's perfectly fine.

my first pc hard drive (about 10 years ago) had 4.7 gigs of space and used windows 98. ah technology....

i had 20 on my old computer an i had windows XP some pics a few gig of music an about 8 or so games on it like war craft 3 an other games that could run on a 700MHz processor
