How big of a diffrence GTX460 768MB vs 1GB

I recently ordered a GTX460 768MB because the 1GB was just way too expensive (60$) more. but I've been wondering ever since, would there be a big difference using a 20' monitor?
also will a AMD Athlon II X4 640 3.0 GHz bottle neck it?

Thanks, now I feel really good about that buy, not that I didn't before but there was doubt. it seems pretty much unnoticeable considering I prefer 20’ monitors and I don’t care so much if I can MAX OUT every game. in fact in some games the higher graphics aren’t appealing to me (too shiny and so forth).

An interesting thing I think is I couldn’t find what a 20’ resolution would be. and I have no idea what the resolution will be (my brother has the monitor). is there a standard for 19',20',22' .....? I searched google but nothing conclusive.
