I'm building a budget computer for my girlfriend who needs one for work and is not allowed on mine. It's the machine in my signature, but that Asus board thinks 2.04 is a nice voltage to run the E2180 at so it's going back to the store.
I was thinking of ordering this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813121320

Here are my requirements:

Must have 2+ SATA
Must have FSB 800 (for an E2XXX)
Must support DDR2 667
Must have 2 PCI slots
Prefer one PCIe x16 slot
Must be <100 USD
Prefer <80 USD
Must be mATX
Must have onboard video and HD audio

Will NOT be overclocking ever, this is why I'm looking at the Intel board.

Any suggestions or comments on the one I'm looking at?

i found his budget teamhex...atleast i think so...btw how di u lose ur pc

Yeah, that's what I'm hoping to spend on the motherboard. I'm not really as fond of the Intel boards as I was earlier since they seem to be all OEM (no warranty) and they don't have heatsinks on the southbridge, so I'm still looking for suggestions.

Fry's sells a few ECS Elite Group boards for about 25 bucks that have the features I need, but I hear ECS is really bad. Should I not try it even for 25 bucks?

The 945gc chipset is a bit outdated. Not supporting the latest CPU.

If you looking for overclockin, go for intel chipset

GIGABYTE GA-73PVM-S2H

This have better onboard graphic

Okay, but let's assume that I don't want to support the latest CPU, don't want to overclock, and I only need an analog out. Basically, I just need it to be stable with an E2160 Pentium Dual Core (800 MHz FSB).

Would this Gigabyte board work? http://www.newegg.com/product/product.aspx?item=N82E16813128076

I'm deciding between that and the one you linked to with the digital out port.
