how can i add pictures to my emails ?

hi , would you please help me out in putin pictures in my email, everytime i do insert a pic to one of my emails, my friends say that they does not appear,
i'm using Firfox as well as my friend. any suggestion???

Can't you just "copy and paste" into the page you right your email into, I know with outlook this works fine. Is there not an option to "Attatch" a file? or is this what you ment by saying "insert pciture"

i've tried that but it doesnt work i always attach the picture , i just want them to be displayed without attachment.

Which company is your email with? firefox is the browser your using right?

I have Gmail and stuff attaches fine, I know some email providers dont display the pictures straight away, the show a "red X" as if the picture has failed to load but inside it some text that says something like. "To protect your computer we have stopped automatic downloading of this file, if you wish to download click here to display" or something like that.

Exactlly this red X . still without saying any thing , is this mean that there is something wrong in my account !!!i guess i'll keep attachin them
