How can i capture VCR tapes to my computer?

I have a ton of old Disney VCR tapes from my kids, and i currently dont have any type of video captur device...So can anybody be nice enough to help out and tell me what the heck to do? Im lookin for low prices tho...(sending my 2nd through college)...and i also have a dvd burner which i will hopefully burn the VCRs to. It would also to have an FM turner any help is MAJORLY appreciated!!

A pretty good solution for video capture is an AIW card from ATI. But it's a bit expensive.
There are cheaper video capture devices too, like this one: http://www.hauppauge.com/html/usb_data.htm. It's easy to install and has FM-tuner too.
