Good Morning Everyone -
I have what I hope will be a pretty simple question. The office where I work has several dozen computers. I need to poll our staff to see if there are any that need upgrading, but I don't want to just come right out and ask everyone "Hey, is your computer slow?". If I go that route I'll get 24 e-mails saying "Yes! Can I get a new one?" Our machines are pretty new, so I know they can't all be bad... I just need some basic questions I can ask staff to determine if they really have a problem that I need to check out.
Does anyone know of some simple stuff I can look at to give these computers a "check up"? I don't want to make any changes to them just yet, I just want to know what to look for to see if the computers are too slow.
Thanks!!!
Nicole
