How can I convert this dvd into files on my pc?

I have a sony camcorder that uses cd's instead of a memory card and i'm trying to add the movie from this cd onto my desktop but all I seem to be able to do is play it while the cd is in my drive...


Here is a little info about whats on the disk...

Any ideas on what can be done?

What about the software that came with the camera? I'm sure it has some kind of import software included with it.
