How can I convert WMA formated songs into MP3 formated songs?

I know that Windows Media Player can rip CD Audio songs and covert them into MP3 format and I have Roxio Media 7 that can do the some thing. My question is is there a program that I can take my WMA songs and convert them into a MP3 songs without having to re-rip my songs from my audio CD. I have Napster downloaded songs and I'm trying to figure out how to convert those songs too.

By simply running a web search you can find a number of small free or shareware file converters that will do just that. WMP 10/11 not 9 are the ones that can rip music in mp3 format.
