how can i get this ''black screen'' away?

Hey all!
My sisters comp i dont know how,why,when but it has the screen where u can choose ''start windows normally'' and stuff like that.
Is there any way to get rid of it?

were it says start windows normally or safe mode or safe mode with CMD.. if its that one, that screen comes up when the computer is not shut down properly..

Hopefully you aren't shutting the computer off just by pressing and holding the power button? You need to press start, shutdown to shutdown safely.
 
yea try that or just start windows normally and shut down as johnb said "start>shutdown" this is how to do it safely
 
damn...when i clicked start windows normally or last know configurations that recently worked the windows loading logo comes and then very quick blue screen and then all over again.....
 
after the blure screen should have start windows normally or system repair.. this is happend to me before and the repair worked so try that to start with
 
Either use the system recovery cd's or the operating system install cd. What system do you have?
