How can I host a flash file

Hello I have a video in flash on my computer, and I would like to host it on the internet. How do I go about doing that as this .swf image is 5.6mb and the maximum size I have seen allowed is 2mb.

Any help would be appretiated.

A good way to host any file type, and reduce the size of it at the same time, is to compress it. There's many different types of compression, zip probally being the most popular.
 
Win zip doesnt compress the file as I gues its already compressed as much as it can be, but thanks for suggestion anyway. And only reason I want it on the internet is so I can have it on a profile for one of these online thingies. So thanks I will try that site in a min.
