How can i increase resolution ATI radian HD 3650?

I don't even understand the question.
What size monitor are you using and is it CRT or LCD?

Well, the first thing you need to do check is what resolution your monitor is set at. Go to: desktop>right-click>properties>settings. There should be a slider near the bottom to set your resolution, right being the highest and left being the lowest.
If you have either already done that or that's not the issue, then you should try installing the new drivers for your video card. Usually you can download them at your video card manufacturer's website. Remember, your monitor does not display your computer, your video card does!
If you have just put together your computer and have not installed all software, you must do that. Those are on the CD the card came with.
If all else fails, you may need to go out and buy yourself a digital video cable. They are expensive, but it will give you a much better picture. Plus they allow for larger resolutions.
