How can I install a .deb file on lubuntu I am trying to install chrome

Hello,

I have installed lubuntu 19.04 and I am trying to find out how to install a .deb file google chrome. Can someone please help? Instructions? Links?

Nevermind when double clicking the .deb file a package installer window opened and I didn't see it. So to answer my question when you double click install.deb file after downloading it a package installer window opens and google chrome can be installed that way.

dpkg -i file.deb also works.
