How can I install more fans in my case when there isn't anymore room aloud?

Well, it looks like you have one Rear fan that's 120mm and one each Front and Side, both 80mm. Without a case mod (which looks very limited without some fairly crafty fabrication on your part, adding more fans is out of the question. You could, however, find out the fan speed and/or amount of air flowed through the Front and Side (CFM - cubic feet per minute) and see if you can find two 80mm fans that have a higher rating that your current ones. For as exotic as your case is visually, there just isn't much room for add-ons.

Cut a hole from the top - make sure to clear the end of the power supply - and pop in a 120mm there. But once you start cutting, and adding more fans (buy fan and grill), it might just be cheaper to...

or ...

Get a new case. Antec 300, $60, has room for 2 x 120mm from the front, 1 x 120mm on the side, and comes standard 1 x 120mm back, 1 x 140mm top. I just have the standard fans, and when I place my hand against the front grill, it feels like an air conditioner.

Get a new case.

No way modding a case is going to cost as much as that new case.

Besides, there's no reason to add more fans unless there is an issue
with heat.

If you live where I live... and no one sells fan grills, or fans with molex connector... lol, yep, that's the situation. If he sells his old case, he can get some cash for it.

The problem with his case is he can't add a fan to the top, because the PSU is from the top, and so is the DVD. So the fan will be obstructed.

And if he adds it to the window, he will unbalance the design of his case.

But as you say, he might not need any more fans. But if he doesn't need any more fans, why would he be asking? :P

You can buy a slot fan. They're generally used for getting more circulation around your video card. They're just exhaust fans that are installed into the expansion slots. I believe Thermaltake also makes an intake fan version.

thanks for the advice guys. I love the case I have as for looks but I am putting more and more stuff into my computer which is getting to heat up pretty fast.I do think if I put a 120 mm in the front and a good 80mm fan on the side it may take care of it. And a good heatsink too..

I looked in my case last night to cut on top I could do it but the wires of the PSU will be obstructing and a 120mm would be to big an 80mm could do it but might not be worth it.

Possibly time for a new case?
