How can I make windows 7 not automatically boot

I installed windows 7 back when it came out just to test, see it, etc.

I have all my stuff in Vista though, and don't really want to transfer over, so is it possible to have Vista automatically boot? Right now it goes to a Bios screen and I can choose, but if I don't do anything within 20 seconds, it opens 7.

I want it to automatically open vista.

go to either Vista or Windows 7,
right click computer
click properties
on the left click advanced system settings
it should drop you into the Advanced tab by default, click "settings" under Startup and Recovery
select your default OS
you can also change the timeout to something less than 20 seconds if you want to speed up your boot when you turn your comp on and leave the room.
