How Can I Remove This?

i cannot connect them because my pc had the BSOD and i got a new motherboard and doesnt have a connection
how can i set the bios
 
With you having an HP system then I doubt you'll have the option to halt on errors disabled option. What motherboard did you replace it with? Most likely unless you reinstalled windows the old install won't work on the new motherboard anyway. An OEM license won't reactivate on a new motherboard.
