how can i reset my linksys WRT54G router password?

how can i reset my linksys WRT54G router password??

i forgot my password for my password and nw when i installing the router..i can't connect to the internet.=(

please help!
 
did you change your original password? because the original password is "password" without quotes, if you want to reset the modem look for a small button of the size of a mini straw then you'll need to leave it pressed for like 1 or 2 minutes

Ummm... kinda.

A quick way to reset the password is the press the reset button, usually 15-30 seconds should do it.

And I think the default for linksys is a Username="" (blank) and Password="admin", but it might vary from different models.
