How can I save the custom arraignment of the icon on my desktop?

I have my icons set in a custom position, and I want to know how to save that status, in case if I ever accidentally set them to go by name or type for example. Is there a way to do this?
 
The first thing to do is seen in the "desktop settings>customize deaktop>web" section when you right click on the desktop. This locks the icons to different grids. Once you have each icon just where you want them you simply save a custom theme in the first tab on the initial screen that comes up. If you have to reinstall drivers and things get bumped around you simply choose the custom theme you created. Here it's called "Default" by name.
