How can I take screenshots of videos online?

Hi,
I would like, for a project that I'm doing, to be able to capture screenshots from a video that I can only view online. It's a macromedia file, but I cannot save it or save certain shots. Is there a way to go around this? Is there a program that can do this? Is there a program that can just capture an entire shot of the screen and I can just cut out the portion that I don't need?

I found a way!

Nevermind! I found a program that does exactly what I want. For anyone who wants to know, i went to download.com and searched for screenshot capture or something like that. There are a lot of programs out there that just let you essentially create a image from any shot of your screen. Thanks for the help though!
