How can I used the new laptops despite my disability?

I am physically disabled and use the touchpad of the laptop with my chin. The problem now however is that my laptop is six years old and is bound to give up soon. The newer laptops do not let me move the mouse with my chin. I discovered that the system that the old devices had is called "multi-touch."

My question is, can this multi-touch system somehow be activated in the new laptops? Or otherwise, are there any new models of notebooks that have that old system?

I might add that I know I can organise myself tools that make computer using easy for physically challenged people, but I prefer sticking to the method that I myself discovered and have got used to since years.

Thanks in advance.

Pretty much all laptop touchpads have control panel settings to enable multi-touch.

I know this may sound outrageously idiotic, but can you please change the setting on your laptop and give it a try to move the mouse with your chin?
I don't understand. You asked if it could be activated, and I said it can. Unless you meant deactivate it, which you can.

EDIT: Ah, I understand what you're saying now. But I did not notice any difference in usability with it enabled or disabled. And for the record I have a Dell Latitude E6420.

I don't know exactly what you mean by "The old system". Touchpads haven't really changed over the last 10+ years except for the ability to use gestures and multi-touch.

I didn´t understand this part. Did you try to move the mouse with your chin?

Thanks for the help.

Yes and there was no difference in how it moved with gestures enabled or disabled.

Unless a person has a chin like Peter Griffin, they shouldn't have issues with multitouch trackpads.
