How can my computer broadcast wireless internet to my laptop

I'm about to put together a computer, and I have never had any experience with wireless networks, but I would like to build the capability into my computer. I need to know which parts I need to include inside the case, so that at a later date when I get a laptop for my wife, the laptop can receive internet access from the main computer. thanks in advance!

Buy a wireless router, the easiest thing to do without hardly any headaches.

As John said.. but the reason behind the router is so your PC does not have to be on to broadcast the wifi signal. You would basically have to buy a second wifi card to and install it in the pc (~$50).
If you buy a router you don't need the pc, and almost any newer type of device (ipod, smartphone, camera) can connect to the internet via your new router (~$50)
