ok i have 1gb(2x 512) of kingston hyper x and i was wondering how to overclock them

and if so how much can i

Up the FSB. No one can tell you how much you can OC by, put memtest 86 on a boot floppy and keep going a couple of megahertz at a time, if you get intsability raise the vDIMM a bit, and if its still getting errors then try loosening timings. Then do benchmarks to see if you benefit more from clockspeed or tight timings.
