How Cheap Can You Go?

What do you think would be the price of the cheapest possible build (Just Tower) using new parts? Just curious, and if I could see some examples of what you guys could come up with and see who has the cheapest that would be awesome... My guess would be around $500 using new parts, but that's just a guess.

I got my Compaq for under $680 shipped. I beleive the Sempron models are more around $400.

When buying a really cheap computer like that, dell and hp and companies like that usually have the cheapest computers.
