that video card is an intergarted card which is just for the basics and light gaming it is not a very high class for say card
you can add another video card if you have a pci express or agp slot what kind of computer is it?

Because you have integrated graphics, and they generally suck. Get a decent graphics card and you'll be able to run doom3 on good settings.

You can't run games that require Pixel shaders like DOOM 3 because your graphics card sucks big time. Its integrated man, if you got a fx5200 you can run it.
