How cool is it?

My comp specs are:
Gigabyte GA-945GM-S2 mobo
Intel C2D E6300(Genuine)
512MB RAM (Kingston)

Under this config my CPU temp shows in avg 38-41 deg.I use easytunes which came bundled with my mobo.Is this temp OK?
 
That's a fine temperature. With the readings wasy tune takes you want to keep it below 50 if possible but it is technically OK up to ~60 at which point it should start throttling.
 
Sort of, above 50 is on the warm side and from 55-60 it's running a little hot. Over 60 it's running very hot. This could be because your computer is in a hot spot, the room is on the warmer side, the heatsink isn't properly seated, or any number of other things. But the temperature your CPU is at is fine.
