How Do I Adjust The FSB In The BIOS?

From what other people online have said, the option to adjust the FSB in the BIOS should be under Frequency/Voltage Control and there shouold be an option similar to Host/SDRAM/PCI Clock. But all i have is

auto detect DIMM/PCI CLK (enable/disable)
memory voltage (1.9v 2.0v 2.2v 2.3v)
Spread Spectrum (disabled)
CPU Overclocking function (enabled/Disabled)<set to enabled

I wanted to adjust the FSB because when i raise the RAM frequency my FSB to DRAM ration gets worsewhen i raise the RAM Frequency up to 533 mhz i get a 3:8 ratio and would much rather have a 1:1. or is there some kind of windows program i can use to adjust the FSB?

Are you on a laptop? sometimes laptops have "locked" BIOS's i.e. it's pretty much impossible (or god damn hard) to change the FSB/Multiplier :)
