How do I bypass parental controls on my computer. ( Limited Account )

Hello, I share a computer with my brother and recently, my stepdad put parental control's time restriction on it. It's not my fault that he uses the computer too much but it's really bothering me because I have restrictions too.

So there I am being punished for someone else being irresponsible and I'm just wondering if there's any way to bypass it.

I have a limited account and my stepdad is very good with computers and it's almost like he blocked every single way.

I've tried CMD but it keeps saying "Access is Denied" and I haven't figured a way into the BIOS yet, but I think it will be blocked. Is there anyway I can view the admin password or bypass parental controls. Thanks
 
Sorry - we don't discuss the bypassing of administrator restrictions on this forum.
