How do i change this fan?

I have a Asus G50Vt laptop and the fan is starting to make some funky noises. How do I replace the fan and where can i buy a replacement? THe picture provided is my laptop disassembled. THanks.

also my temps get pretty high when i game is there any way to reduce this with a better heatsink or fan?

Could always check e-bay for parted laptops or contact the manufacture and see if they have a parts vendor. Another thing to help keep the laptop cool is to get a cooling pad like the one below.

Just kind of 'eye-ball' to make sure the fans somewhat line up with the vents on your laptop.

replacing the fan isnt that much work. your laptop is pretty easy to work with. just realize that the entire heatsink and fan is one piece, and you'd have to replace the whole thing. if you are up to it, order it and let us know when you get it
