How do I change Win10 login Screen Photo WITHOUT downloading APP

I was very happy with the picture that was on my login Screen, but then it changed to this ugly lizard and I have been waiting patiently for it to change again. It’s been months and I don’t think it’s ever going to change again.

I don’t know what made it change in the first place and I searched YouTube for the solution, but could only find APP downloads which I don’t want. There were some really cool photos that came with Win 10 when I first installed it and I don’t know what happened to them.
