How do I connect my PC to a network printer.

Situation: There are four macs in my office, two wireless connecting to the airport and two connected to the router(router connected to modem).

Problem: I have a colleague who is using a XP PC, she can detect airport connection but when we try adding printer, the PC is unable to search for any network printer. But all macs can connect to the network printer. Please help, thanks a lot!
 
Hmm, I think I've heard that Mac's and PC's can't "talk" to each other without a special software...

Maybe get a Network Printer?
 
where can I get printer driver?

yes, it's already a network printer. I am suspecting that XP doesn't have the driver cause the printer was brought 10 yrs ago...

Where can I download the printer driver then?
