How do I disable certain key functions on my mouse?

Hello, right under my mouse wheel I have 2 buttons. Annoyingly enough, they for some reason control my sensitivity. In the middle of my game play I sometimes randomly go from my normal sensitivity to very low sensitivity.

How do I disable the functions on my mouse? I want to make it so then these buttons don't do anything. I cant find a setting like this in Control Panel, please help.

What mouse? Was there any mouse software you had to install with it? Not all buttons can be disabled.

This might sound a little embarrassing, but I bought my mouse off of Wish. It's a gaming mouse and is very nice and comfortable. It didn't come with any software. Would literally just taking out the button work?
