i have an Ibuypower gaming desktop computer that im trying to sell with no hard drive and i dont know what kind i have asi cant turn it on with no hard drive and people are asking me how much memory does it have and what processor is in it. I have the computers serial number from the back of the tower but i called ibuypower's phone and theyre closed for the weekend.
is that all i can do is call ibuypower on monday or is there another way
i can figure out what i have in memory and what processor is in it.
please advise. thanks

Turn on the computer and go into the BIOS. The summary screen will show CPU makae, model, and speed. The same page will also show the installed memory (Usually in megabytes).

Open it up and look at each stick of memory, it should say on there.

For the CPU, take out the heatsink, clean the thermal paste off the chip and it will say on there.

If you are selling the system on, remember to reapply thermal past properly and reseat the heatsink + fan

how do i enter the BIOS? i know to turn the computer on, but then is there like an f12 or some bottun i push?

It's different with every machine. but the POST screen should specify (Press F(number) to enter Setup) either F2, F10, F12, or Delete
