How do i fix this: -> "You're using an insecure proxy. You are banned"

When i try to connect to some mIRC channels i get the following message:

"You are banned from BlahBlahBlah (You're using an insecure proxy. Please configure your proxy in a safe manner before returning to the network.)"

Can anyone tell me how i can fix this problem so that i can use mIRC?


PS. I use a wireless ADSL router to connect to the net.

If you are using XP sp2 this could be your problem not sure but take a look... http://www.mirchelp.us/article/howto.htm
