how do i monitor my bandwidth?

are there any good programs that accuratly monitor the amount of up/down? i've used a couple progs but they werent that great. Basically i have 8 ppl sharing an internet connection in our house and somehow we hit 200gb of bandwidth last month and 85 of that was up... and we can't seem to locate the source... im thinking its adware or a virus but i need to isolate which computer it is on. Either that or its someone being a tard and sharing like mad and they just don't know it. Thanks for the help.
 
if you have a router maybe you could look through the log files, that may tell you which ip (computer) is uploading all the stuff
 
usually there will be an option in your router configuration there is usually an option to download the donfig file, just try looking around, you can'r really break anything
