How do I set the aspect ratio?

2. - Right-click > properties
3. - Settings Tab
4. - On the tab is the settings there.

You can't "set" your aspect ratio, it's a physical property of your monitor. You just need to select a resolution that fits your aspect ratio, preferably your monitor's native resolution.
