How do i turn of click sound in IE7

I think its in control panel> sounds and audio devices> and then click on the sounds tab I think its in there somewhere but I can't find it.

i think it's in sounds tab ,under windows explorer but there's nothing related to "New Link", only Blocked pop ups.
or just disable the damn sound scheme

Control Panel / Sounds and Devices / Sounds tab.

Under program events, scroll down 2/3rds to 3/4s, under the heading Windows Explorer. The entry you want to alter is Start Navigation. Change the file from "Windows XP Start.wav" to "(None)", and click OK.
