How do I.....

I installed window blinds and uninstalled it because I decided I didn't want it. And now my text overlaps the icon, how do I fix that. You can see what Im talkin about in the PIC i attached.

If you mean the icons are large... go to Control panel -Display settings -Appearance - Effects- Use large icons (uncheck that)

 

[PC eye]

I generally choose the small icons here since I have a good number of programs installed. Otherwise they would jumbled together in a mess! Of course I also fan them out in different corners for putting games along one while system utilities along another and so fortth.
