how do large companies print

How do large companies print on their cd's and dvd's?
Do they sell a smaller home machine that does it? For small productions? like for people who do weddings for example.
I know there is lightscribe but if that's the only thing that's affordable then ill stick with that.

Ive seen a device called PrintDisk before dont know to much about it though google it maybe?

I've seen the ones that you can print on but i like the shiny effect they have. The printing ones just look dull and boring.
I'll check that out though.
