how do you block a program from running on windows xp?

I want to prevent a game from running on my computer, is there a way to block it from running besides with the firewall? Thank you.

What do you mean prevent it from running? Like uninstall it or disable an autoplay or what? If you don't want it, uninstall it.

Uninstall it. Or delete the main .exe file

I'd hope you're not using an administrator account as your local account, so just put a restriction on the exe and the dll's so only the admin has access to run it

We have 4 accounts on our computer and all are admin accounts. I want it so the program can be installed and stuff but if it is tried to run it wont. Thanks.
