How Do You Get in contact wit Localhost?

Every tim i type in "localhost:" it says "connection refused when trying to contact localhost:"

Ummm... isn't local host 127.0.0.1? That would be your own computer... it's like calling the same phone number that you are dialing from, it'll always give you the busy signal.

no it wont, not if your self hosting, www.dragon2309.ath.cx is self hosted on this PC im using now, i can view it by going to http://localhost/
