how do you throw items in oblivion?

haha just started and i can;t move cuse im full...

im getting 70fps in dungeon but when i fight it goes down to 30 ....:(
o yea the system requirement site said i will rock this program..but im not rocking it at all

If I remember correctly, just click on it and then swing your mouse to the left/right really fast. Probably not the best way to get rid of an item but it worked for me when I used to play it(video card isn't too great).
 
hold shift then click on an item to remove it morrowind style. This game seems to have very weird FPS. Even a top of the line vid card won't get over 60FPS in fighting scenes, at least from what I've seen. I guess it's just very graphic intensive when you turn up the options.
