How do you write a browser?

I'm looking to write one as Mozilla is just...meh.It feels bloated to me, and I'm aiming to write a lightweight browser.I don't need flash, really...basic HTML display capabilities will do perfectly.

If you need the OS, I'm on 7.Plus, some language suggestions to write it in would be nice, too.
 
You can use the Microsoft Visual Basic,Microsoft Visual C#,Microsoft Visual C++ and so on...

With these programming languages you can make your own internet browser.There you have the control with which you can make your own internet browser.The control is called "Web Browser" or "Explorer".You can program that control to work just the way you want it.However to do that you need to have the programming knowledge.I use the Microsoft Visual C# 2002 programming language to write programs.

Anyway if you are not a programmer,don't even think on making your internet browser program which has something more then SEARCH and REFRESH.You should first learn how to make simple programs.I recommend you to start with the video tutorials and later use other resources such as books and the internet...
