i have a motherboard that can support a 1333 ghz processor with a 945gc chipset in overclock mode, but it can only take 667 mhz ram. Does this bottleneck that large fsb.

FSB(Front Side Bus) only refers to the speed of your individual device. But the overall speed of ur PC do depend on the FSB.

*1333MHz Bus speed, not a 1333GHz Processor.

The RAM speed doesn't play a huge part in system performance, so going from DDR2 800 to DDR2 667 isn't going to be that different, you will be fine.
