How does this budget build look?

I am trying to think up a possible budget gaming comp for my friend, we have come up with the following in this link, http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/rNDZqs

His budget is £450, can you please tell me whether this seems decent enough, or whether there are any alternative parts you may think will be better?

Mainly games such as stronghold, total war and maybe some such as day z or grid autosport. Do you have any other recommendations instead?
 
I have dropped the ssd for a 500gb seagate hdd and upped the ram from 4gb to 8gb corsair vengeance. So he can upgrade the ssd at a later date. His budget cant really be upped anymore either for the 270.
