Hey guys, ive been here and there in decision making about a new computer build lol. As you can see from all my other posts :p. Anyways im currenlty looking to build a new system. I will mainly be using it for games like Rift, WoW, GW2, and COD/Crysis.

Im going to start with this DIY Kit from Newegg, all the components are great and match pretty much exactly what i need.

I wont be using the included HDD as it wont have a OS on it. So im going to take the 500gb seagate i have on my current system with vista on it and install it on the new system. Then will upgrade to windows 7 on that Seagate 500gb, than add the 1tb hard drive in another bay, adding up to 1.5 tb hd space. Just so i dont have to pay for the full install of windows 7.

For the GPU, i will be taking the ATI radeon hd 4650 out of my current system and using it, just for now, since im tight on money.

Will this all work out to be a good rig? It will come out to be about 660$ for all of this. Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated, thanks guys :)

You will have to reinstall Vista either way...weather you use the old hard drive or the new one. So that really does not matter.

I personally would not get that combo. The 6 core AMD processor is an over kill when you are tight on money just to play a few games. I would look at a Phenom II quad.

Look at some of the combo deals...you already have a hard drive and a GPU so you don't need very much.

CPU and Motherboard combo

All you would really need is a power supply which can be found in the price range of $75 to about $100. I will let the pros help you choose a power supply. I think you may even have money left for a graphics card.
