I mainly use to surf web, chat, watch movies, and play moderate video games, nothing too graphic intensive.I do run alot of programs at once though. But i wanted to try out the new intel line, so advice welcome.

Might i suggest that you type out what is in each link, i'd give you my thoughts on your build but I dont feel like going threw all the thinks :D .

Good, CPU, Good Board,Good RAM and good heatsink. I have all four in my current rig and am not disappointed and had no compatability issues. The heasink/fan is a pain to install but quite and keeps things very quiet.

IMO a better PSU

But I would recommend the one I have in my signature but that ones costs 100.00 and I was sticking with the 75.00 for a psu.

You may want to consider a case that supports more fans, or a slightly larger case for better air flow and allow room for future upgrading.
