I wouldn't bother with an HD cooler...

Power supply is dual rail, 16A/18A. Kind of low, but OK for onboard video. Might want to upgrade a bit if you're wanting another GPU later on though.

CPU cooler is unnecessary. I'd stick with the stock cooler or get something more substantial.

I guess the IDE cable is for a current optical drive you have?
 
The graphic card i have is a PNY GeForce 8400GS DDR2 512MB PCI (dont really know anything about this a friend gave it to me for $10, figured it was better than on-board)
