What will the system be used for? The integrated video will give very poor gaming performance, if that's a consideration for you. I'd also switch that PSU - those Apevia units are very poor quality.

I was thinking of going with this case so that would give me a diff psu

As far as for the video card I dunno which one to go for I need one that has either dvi or hdmi, I am not looking to game at all but rather encode video and for hdtv playback.

7600GT is a very ncie card but dont go with PSU's included withcases they suck generally

Agreed with post above. One year ago I heard about 10 people complaining about the powre supply in their case smelling like something burning, and a few said they caught fire.
