How does this sound for a setup?

Im going to be building my first computer and came up with this combo, how does it sound, basically ill be doing internet browsing, song DL's, and ill probably get a dvd burner, then maybe play just a couple games. the comp i have now is only a 384 MHz with 384 ram, so i think its a good step up, comments please

which one is better, and whats the best price someone has gotten on it and where. Thanks

besides the CD-Rw drive, if i wanted to get a DVD burner instead that will cover both cd's and dvds, which ones are good for a fair price.

LiteOn and Pioneer drives are good :)
 
More important than the VC ... consider upping the mobo to a i865 (... the ASUS P4P800 series) ... *that* will give a serious performing boost (even when ur not playing games :P)
