i just got this external capture device.
i installed the software and the computer recognizes the component, now i want to record sound and video off of my xbox 360 game, that ill be playing.
do i hook the 360 up to the red,white and yellow plugs on the capture card?
it has an s-video but nothing will be plugged in.

how do i know if its recording?
is it plugged in right?
do i need a R,W,Y connecter adapter?

Do you have a link to the capture device?

I would guess that you plug the RCA cables into the capture device, then the capture device to the computer via w/e it has, USB? Firewire? And you'll know it's capturing cause the recording program should blink in some way when it does.
 
its high speed usb video grabber.


do i play my game on my tv?
cause how is it going to be viewed, by me, on the tv or monitor

i did that and it works.
i wanted to post it, but it would of been a triple post.
it doesnt record audio.

can you show me the best capture card / tv tuner for under $50 give or take a little.

maybe like a capture card and tv tuner.
but i need to watch it on my tv and record on my computer, same time.

if i order tomorrow, i can do over night shipping
