How exactly would I clock my ram for this?..

I have this ram -

Upon reading a review several days before receiving it, I read that the owners were successful in clocking the ram at a speed of 1600 with a cas latency of 7. I'd really like to try this, but I don't really know where to start. As far as accessing it in the bios, I know how to do that, but all the settings are really confusing me. I tend to leave everything at stock and not get in to the nitty gritty, but as of late I've been wanting to do this. can anyone help me out here?

Instead of back clocking them with lower timing. I would bump the voltage to 1.60 and see if you can get 2133.

It will run 2133 fine, even without a Nortbridge voltage bump. Atleast all the Zambezi and Vishera I have used have. Your board has memory multipliers up to 2400.

So the integrated memory controller would simply be overridden by the board?

And I still wouldn't know how to get up to 2133... I'm a complete noob at bios.

The memory controller will default to what ever the memory JEDEC standard is up to 1866. But the memory controller multiplier is not locked. Just like the core multiplier is not locked. You just set the memory voltage to 1.60 and set the multiplier to 2133 or 10.66 which ever way its listed.
